Women In Trucking Association has named Dupré Logistics as a 2019 “Top Company for Women to Work For in Transportation" on Oct. 1 at the Top Company Reception at the Accelerate! Conference in Dallas.

WIT recognized Dupré Logistics for having characteristics that make it deserving of this prestigious award, including corporate cultures that foster gender diversity, competitive compensation and benefits, flexible hours and work requirements, professional development opportunities and career advancement opportunities.
"The recognition from Women In Trucking is important as it highlights the advancement of women in the field of transportation and promotes a spirit of community, inclusiveness and mutual support across all organizational initiatives," said Liz Giddings, Regional Operations Director of Strategic Capacity Services for Dupré Logistics in Jacksonville, Fla.

Dupré Logistics is one of 82 transportation companies to make the final cut for the Women In Trucking award. More than 150 nominations were submitted to the Redefining the Road editorial staff, with more than 10,000 votes cast to identify top companies named to the list. The companies include motor carriers, third-party logistics companies and original equipment manufacturers.
