Mega Online Logistics SL, a member of the XLProjects Network (XLP), chartered a coaster from Barcelona, Spain, to Haydarpaşa, Turkey, to transport 20 boxes totaling 715 FRT and 465 metric tons. The project required road transportation, port reception, vessel loading and onboard securing within a tight six-day execution window.

Mega Online Logistics managed the cargo's transportation to the port, including reception, loading onto the vessel, lashing and welding on board. Some of the cargo measured up to 3.9 M wide and 3.85 M high, requiring careful planning and handling throughout the operation.

The main challenge was the short timeframe available to arrange 15 trucks and complete vessel loading. With only two days of pre-advice, Mega Online Logistics completed the full operation within six days, from receiving the quotation request to completing the loading process.

The project was carried out in collaboration with CTF Global, a former XLP member. Close coordination between the teams enabled the heavy and oversized cargo to be transported and secured within the demanding timeframe.
