Novo Express International merged a significant portion of it's operations with DGX (Dependable Global Express) and DAX (Dependable AirCargo Express) to better serve it's mutual customers and overseas agents. The combined units will utilize each other’s strengths to expand the current scope of services and to fully enhance the competitive pricing and services available to their customers. Both companies are founding members of the WCA Family and remain highly interactive within the organization.
Novo Express began operations in 1988. It has been active in both the Import and Export markets to a variety of origins and destinations to/from the United States. It is a US Customs Broker and freight forwarder. Novo has serviced clients on a worldwide basis and is very strong in trade to and from the Middle East and China.
DGX, an ocean freight forwarder, began International operations in 1999. It has been active in both Import and Export markets on a global basis, with emphasis in the Pacific Rim and Latin America. DGX is a US Customs broker and a C-TPAT member, and has roughly 30 ocean contracts on a worldwide basis.
DAX, an indirect Air Carrier and a Certified Cargo Screening Facility in Chicago and Los Angeles, has been operating since 1997. DAX specializes in shipping/airfreight to domestic offshore locations and all International locations.
DGX and DAX are part of the Dependable Companies group, which encompasses forwarding, trucking, warehousing and management solutions to the logistics industry.
