Last June Swire Shipping decided to suspend its direct WRTW / Bank Line service, which had been operating for many years between Northern Europe and the South Pacific. Two months after this suspension, the company SE Shipping Lines announced the startup of its new multipurpose service, "SE 3 Oceans Line," which links Northern Europe, the South Pacific, Australia and New Zealand (returning to Europe via South Africa). The first departure of "SE 3 Oceans Line" to Papeete, Noumea, Australia and New Zealand was with the m/v Elbrus, which arrived at the Port of Dunkirk last week. Estimated transit time is 30'days for Papeete and 39'days for Noumea. This new service will be run by a team of professionals with many years of experience in managing regular shipping lines and heavy-lift ships.
