The Port of Palm Beach District issued a Request for Proposal (RFP), soliciting proposals from steamship lines, agents, and other companies interested in establishing an operating agreement for a small container service at the Port of Palm Beach, Riviera Beach, Florida, USA.

“The Port of Palm Beach is a diverse Port handling containers, break-bulk, bulk and heavy-lift cargoes. Located 75 miles north of Miami, Florida, having direct access to I-95 and the Florida Turnpike and offering on-dock rail served by Florida East Coast Railroad (FEC); the Port is distinctive in their ability to provide a seamless cargo experience. Port of Palm Beach, Chairman of the Board, Edward Oppel boasts that the Port of Palm Beach is unique to other South Florida Ports. “We are proud of our ability to service our customers one-on-one and meet their needs efficiently.”
