New deal will reduce Company’s expenses and liabilities substantially
CHICAGO, IL - Alliance Creative Group, Inc. (AllianceCreativeGroup.com) (OTC: ACGX) is pleased to announce they have completed a new trucking partnership with Mark-It Express Logistics, a bigger, more established trucking Company. The new arrangement will help reduce insurance costs, improve safety and compliance procedures, provide access to better software, along with more equipment, additional resources and other benefits. ACG will still own and maintain some trucks and drivers but will transfer its trucking clients and most of their drivers to Mark-it. Mark-it will take over the trailer liabilities, and expenses related to insurance, compliance, trucking technology, and other day-to-day operational expenses. This will reduce ACG’s revenue but will also substantially reduce its expenses and liabilities. The Company believes the bottom-line, net-income, should be improved while saving the company time, money, and other resources.
Paul Sorkin, COO and General Counsel of the Alliance Creative Group, Inc., said, “Mark-it offers 24/7, 365 days a year service with the latest information technology and real-time tracking and tracing services to improve the overall supply chain efficiencies. This deal allows us to stay in a growing industry while leveraging other resources and reducing our risk and exposure. This arrangement will allow our team to focus more on our core strengths in the product development industry and free up some time and money to increase our new search for possible opportunities in the Real Estate and Blockchain technology industries. This is a situation where we are stronger if and when we can leverage better resources and tap into eco-systems or networks with more experienced and more established foundations and infrastructure to handle any specific challenges we may have. Trucking is and was a challenging industry and we are pleased to be able to work with a proven winner in a growing industry and look forward to pursuing other opportunities.
