WCA member, America Logistics Group (ALG), now has locations in eight different countries across Latin America and the USA

Guatemala City, Guatemala - America Logistics Group (ALG) is celebrating 30 years of providing integrated logistics solutions and ongoing growth across the Americas.

ALG is headquarted in Guatemala City, Guatemala, and has locations in eight different countries with more than 400 logistics experts in the region.

“We are incredibly proud of our achievements in the past 30 years, but we couldn’t have done it without the dedication of our staff and the support of our customers,” said Milton Barascout, Chief Executive Officer, ALG.

“We are planning for future growth and we are expanding in line with global logistics trends and customer expectations.

Barascout and his team celebrated the 30th anniversary at the Guatemala City office by thanking all staff and clients, throwing a party with champagne, and handing out gifts.

ALG became a WCA member in 2009 and has benefited from the organisation’s global network as it has expanded.

“We joined WCA because it is an established organisation of great prestige with a wide network of agents, which strengthens our brand,” said Barascout.

ALG started as a traditional freight forwarder in 1989, but has since evolved to offer innovative solutions to challenges within the global logistics industry.
