GEODIS has received a Gold Medal from EcoVadis after improving its 2026 corporate social responsibility assessment score to 84 out of 100, up from 72 the previous year.

The logistics company said the result is its highest score since it began participating in EcoVadis assessments and places it among the top 3% of companies evaluated worldwide. GEODIS also ranked within the top 1% of companies in the road freight transport sector.

EcoVadis evaluates companies across four areas: environment, social and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. GEODIS scored at least 80 points in each category, including 90 for environment, 82 for social and human rights, 80 for ethics and 83 for sustainable procurement.

GEODIS attributed the 12-point year-over-year improvement to the continued implementation of its CSR strategy, including quantitative targets, expanded certifications and action plans across its operations. The company has also focused on decarbonization, workplace health and safety, ethics and responsible procurement.

“The increase in our score across each of the four evaluated themes demonstrates our ability to translate our CSR commitments into objectives, actions, and measurable results,” said Virginie Delcroix, executive vice president of Group Sustainable Development.

EcoVadis assessments examine companies’ policies, actions and results along with supporting documentation such as certifications and reporting.
