Averitt has been named a 2026 Top Company for Women to Work in Trucking by the Women In Trucking Association (WIT), earning a spot among the program’s “Elite 30” companies.

The annual recognition, presented by WIT’s Redefining the Road magazine, honors companies that demonstrate a commitment to the employment and retention of women in the trucking industry. Companies are evaluated on factors including workplace culture, compensation and benefits, flexibility, professional development, and career advancement. This year’s honorees were also selected through an industry-wide vote of more than 18,000 trucking professionals.
