CenterPoint Properties has announced a 64-month lease with Peloton Interactive, Inc. for 51,032 square feet of space in a speculative building located at 10601 Seymour Avenue in Franklin Park, Illinois. The building, which spans 225,891 square feet, was built from the ground up in 2018.
Peloton Interactive is a technology company dedicated to creating a cutting-edge, at-home fitness experience. Their products include Peloton Bike, Peloton Tread and Peloton App.
“It’s exciting to partner with such an innovative health and wellness company,” said Brian McKiernan, CenterPoint Senior Vice President of Development. “CenterPoint promotes a healthy work environment through its own fitness programs, and we understand the value and long-term benefits of Peloton’s fitness experience.”
The building is strategically located with direct access to rail, I-294 and O’Hare International Airport. Features of the newly leased Peloton space include 2,798 square feet of office area, nine exterior docks, 15 trailer stalls, 60 auto stalls, 32ʹ clear height, LED lighting and an ESFR sprinkler system.
“Peloton is a great addition to our Franklin Park portfolio,” said Melissa Roman, CenterPoint Vice President of Development. “This space will help the company expand its reach as consumer demand increases.”
Peloton is the second tenant at 10601 Seymour Avenue. Xpress Global Systems, LLC was the building’s first tenant, currently occupying 66,773 square feet.
Peloton’s representatives, Adam Tarantur and Steven Tick of Podolsky Circle, LLC, made this transaction possible. CenterPoint was represented by Tom Rodeno and Jim Estus of Colliers International.
