Etihad Cargo, the cargo and logistics arm of Etihad Aviation Group, has appointed Caroline Pappas as General Manager – Americas. Based in Chicago, Pappas will report directly to Etihad Cargo's Director – Cargo Commercial West, Mark Faulkner.
