Tharsis Sea-River Shipping has concluded the installation of two retractable wing sails on their 88m, 2,364 dwt diesel-electric general cargo vessel, M/V Tharsis at the Neptune Shipyard in Hardinxveld-Giessendam, near Rotterdam.
