CTL Transportation, LLC, an operating company of Comcar Industries, has been recognized as a conforming Responsible Care® Partner by the American Chemistry Council.  This was the result of Responsible Care® audits at CTL Transportation’s headquarters in Auburndale and its terminal locations in Jacksonville, Fla. and Mobile, Ala.

CTL Transportation is a liquid bulk chemical carrier, with dedicated fleets, specialized equipment and single sourcing for bulk shipments.

In the Responsible Care® audit conducted by Midland Engineering, Ltd., it was noted that “safety and Drive Safety to Zero is deeply embedded into the CTL culture. The company has developed an excellent Responsible Care manual that clearly outlines all their policies, programs and procedures for the management to meet the Responsible Care Technical Specifications.  And that the company conducts ongoing meetings to improve direct communication from drivers to find out any issues they may be having as to resolve problems and provide feedback.”
