Jeff Smith will assume the position of Vice President and Country Manager of deugro (USA), Inc. He brings extensive international leadership experience, having guided deugro’s global supply chain operations and supported organizational development across multiple regions. In this new role, Jeff will oversee overall country leadership, operational and commercial performance, and ongoing organizational developments across the USA.

Ryan Blewett will move into the role of Vice President, Strategy and Development for deugro in North America, where he will focus on strategic initiatives, targeted business development, and leading key strategic accounts.
