Donna Dunnam, a long time employee of Hapag-Lloyd's Tampa office and prior to that CP ships, has joined the Metro Group Maritime receivable management and collection team. Ms. Dunnam is looking forward to bringing her vast experience and superior collection skills to Metro Group Maritime. She is expert at collecting US Flag shipping receivables which includes collecting from the military and government, as well as general commercial debt. Valli Piedra, a manager at Metro Group and former CP Ships manager, is looking forward to reuniting with her former colleague. Valli says that “Donna Dunnam is one of the hardest working most resourceful liner employees that I have encountered; she will fit in so well with our organization. I can’t wait to start working with her.” Francisco Hernandez, another Metro Group Maritime manger and former Hapag-Lloyd and CP Ships employee and supervisor of Ms. Dunnam at Hapag-Lloyd says that she is the highest level of employee and colleague. “Whether Donna works as a first party collector, third party debt collector of commercial or US Flag items, she will be a very welcome addition to our already formidable team,” says Marcus Arky, a principal at Metro Group. “I am excited to be part of the Metro Group team.
