OVN LLC, the managed expedite carrier for freight that cannot wait, today announced it has been named to the 2026 Inc. 5000, Inc. magazine's annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America. OVN ranks No. 4198 with 30% revenue growth from 2022 to 2025.

Those are the same three years marked by a steep decline in shipment volumes and one of the longest downturns in modern freight history. Thousands of transportation providers went out of business during that stretch. OVN grew through it while adding capacity and holding to 24/7/365 in-house dispatch.

"This one we are celebrating. Ten years ago we were answering the phone ourselves, and today we are on a list with companies we have watched and admired," said Oleh Holovatiuk, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of OVN. "Those were three brutal years for this industry, and growing through them was not luck. It was picking up at 2 a.m. when a plane is grounded, putting our name on every load so somebody is accountable for it, and never quoting a rate we could not cover. This ranking belongs to the dispatchers who picked up the phone and the drivers who took the load."

The recognition comes as OVN marks ten years in operation. Founded in 2015, the company commands capacity of over 1,200 OVN-qualified cargo vans and is the carrier of record on every shipment. OVN holds the contract, issues the invoice, and carries the liability. That distinction sits at the center of the company's growth. In a market where a shipper with a grounded aircraft or a stopped production line often receives a rate before a truck has been secured, OVN quotes with capacity already identified in its own network and does not repost freight to third-party load boards.

OVN's growth has been driven by demand from freight forwarders, shippers, their broker partners, and manufacturers in aviation, aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals. The company specializes in aircraft on ground (AOG) parts, machine-down components, medical and pharmaceutical shipments, last-mile and distribution-center transfers, and final-mile moves for freight forwarders, including pickups straight from TSA pre-screening facilities to the plane. Runs range from five miles to coast to coast, plus cross-border.
