Hapag-Lloyd will further expand its Asia – Indian Subcontinent service network by introducing a dedicated service connecting East Asia with Pakistan.

Effective April 2018, six vessels will be deployed in the newly established Asia Pakistan Express (APX).

Ports of call on this service will be as follows:

Xingang - Qingdao - Shanghai - Ningbo - Shekou - Port Kelang - Colombo - Karachi - Jebel Ali - Colombo - Port Kelang - Singapore - Xingang

This service will allow direct shipments from major East Asian ports to Karachi.

The first APX sailing will be performed by MV “Hamburg Bay”, etd Xingang April 14, 2018.
