Hapag-Lloyd: Benelux fuel surcharge

Hapag-Lloyd announced that effective August 2, 2018 they will revise the Fuel Surcharge for Inland Haulage under Carrier arrangement from/to Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg) as follows:
