US Commerce is said to want aluminum import tariff-quota

The U.S. Commerce Department has recommended that President Donald Trump impose tariffs on aluminum imports from all countries, said people familiar with the proposal. Commerce is scheduled to brief reporters on its recommendations on both aluminum and steel imports on Friday.
