J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc., a North American leader in safety and regulatory compliance solutions, announced the promotion of Steve Murray to Head of Product and Chief Operating Officer, effective October 1, 2026.

Murray’s promotion reflects J. J. Keller’s continued investment in helping transportation, human resources, and environmental health and safety professionals protect people and manage complex regulatory responsibilities. In the newly created role, he will provide enterprise-wide leadership for product strategy, the product development pipeline, solutions delivery, and customer service, further strengthening the company’s focus on solutions that address customers' ever-evolving safety and compliance needs.

Murray joined J. J. Keller in 2013 and has led multiple business units, including the company’s Managed Services and Training & Consulting Services organizations, which comprise more than 700 compliance experts, consultants, and trainers. He has more than 30 years of experience in general management of large fleet operations, customer service, sales, pricing, and recruiting.
