Hanover Company and Northwestern Mutual have completed Frederick Airport Park, a 509,365-square-foot, two-building Class A industrial development in Frederick, Maryland, serving the Washington, D.C.–Baltimore corridor.
Located just off I-70 and adjacent to Frederick Municipal Airport, the 37-acre project is designed to meet strong regional demand for modern light industrial and distribution space, with flexibility for manufacturing and biotech users.
Given ongoing constraints on industrial land in the region, this delivery represents a notable addition to the Frederick submarket. The project was completed in January 2026 and is now being marketed for lease by Cushman & Wakefield.
