Lincoln Property Company (“Lincoln”), a global, full-service real estate firm, announced that it has been appointed property manager for five Atlanta -area industrial properties on behalf of Crow Holdings.

The properties are:

· Camp Creek, a 220,127-sq.-ft. Distribution facility 4.5 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, and near Interstates 285 and 85.

· Calhoun 75 Commerce Center, a newly delivered 404,505-sq.-ft. facility in Calhoun, located between Chattanooga and Atlanta, and right off I-75, the largest freight corridor in Georgia.

· Lake Point 75 Commerce Center, a newly delivered 306,378-sq.-ft. facility in Cartersville, conveniently located less than 1 mile from an I-75 diamond interchange.

· 20 West Intermodal, a 346, 938-sq.-ft. facility in Powder Springs. The property is strategically located by the Norfolk Southern Intermodal and 6.75 miles from I-20 West, providing superior access to metro Atlanta and the I-285 Perimeter and includes approximately 3,270 sq. ft. of office space.

· 20 East Logistics Center, a 373,266-sq.-ft. facility In Conyers. The property is approximately two miles from I-20 and includes approximately 3,000 sq. ft. of office space.
