With more than 20 years of industry experience, Garro Steps into a key leadership role
Trimble has named Lisa Garro to serve as the new vice president of finance at Trimble Transportation Enterprise. She brings more than 25 years of accounting experience to the role. Garro has served in a number of roles throughout her 22 years with Trimble Transportation Enterprise.
Garro has been responsible for onboarding Trimble Transportation Enterprise (formerly known as TMW Systems) acquisitions over time. Acquisitions include the companies formerly known as Maddocks, TMT Software, IDSC, Innovative Computing Corporation (ICC) and Appian. Her areas of expertise cover policy and procedures, forecasting, software accounting standards and financial reporting.
Trimble Transportation Enterprise is based in Cleveland, where Garro has also spent her entire time with the company. Garro holds a bachelor’s of accounting degree from Cleveland State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is also an active member of the Ohio Society of CPAs. Before joining Trimble Transportation Enterprise, Garro also worked as a staff accountant for Forest City Enterprises and for Weltman, Weinberg and Reis Co, LLC.
