The project required comprehensive project logistics coordination, including cross-border approvals, customs arrangements, port handling, and vessel agency services to ensure smooth cargo delivery.

The shipment involved multiple heavy cargo units, each weighing between 100 and 150 tons, with a total transport distance of more than 3,000 km. Due to the complexity of cross-border transportation, the operation required special police approvals and escort arrangements in both countries, along with a 10% customs guarantee for transit cargo.
