Effective May 1st, 2020, the revised second quarter Bunker Recovery Charge (BRC) for the Indian Subcontinent and Middle East will be as follows.

From: Saudi Arabia (only Dammam & Jubail), Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq, Qatar, Oman, United Arab Emirates, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Maldives

To: USA and Puerto Rico
