As we continue to monitor the Bunker Recovery Charge (BRC), the new levels applicable for ECSA Northbound effective March 1st, 2019, will be as following:
• From: East Coast South America (Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay & Uruguay)
• To: All USA POD’s.
