MSC change in local charges in Mexico scope: Import Mexico to USA & Puerto Rico

Effective April 1^st, 2024, the MSC Container Security charge (SCT) and Merchant Haulage fee (MHF), will be consolidated into one fee:

This charge will be applicable for all Export shipments from Mexico.
