Interstate Cold Storage (ICS), a leading provider of cold storage warehousing, announces Martin Pabisinski has been hired as a customer service representative at the company’s Columbus II facility.

In his new role, Pabisinski supports customers by responding to inquiries, coordinating service needs and helping maintain clear communication between customers and the Columbus II warehouse team, says ICS National Sales Manager Charles Betts.

“Interstate Cold Storage is delighted for Martin to join the team,” Betts says. “His experience in customer service, parts support and supervision makes him a strong addition to our Columbus II operation. We’re confident he will be a valuable resource for our customers and help us continue providing the responsive, reliable service they expect.”

Before joining ICS, Pabisinski worked as a parts specialist at Buckeye Nissan and previously served as a supervisor at Gardner. Pabisinski holds an associate degree in management from Columbus State Community College.

“I’m excited to join Interstate Cold Storage and begin this new opportunity,” Pabisinski says. “I look forward to getting to know our customers, supporting our team and contributing to ICS’s continued success.”

The Columbus II facility is one of ICS’ five strategically located facilities across Ohio and Indiana. There are two in Columbus, two in Fort Wayne, where the company is headquartered, and another in Napoleon.
