“I am so proud to hear that Megan has been recognized as a member of the GenNext ‘4 Under 40’ Class of 2019!” commented Rob Phillips, president and COO of Phillips Industries, upon hearing the news.  “She has grown immensely since joining Phillips 15 years ago. She has made exceptional strides in her ability to lead others in a way that promotes open communication and great creativity within the marketing department. Megan has a unique skill set which allows her to be effective in all aspects of marketing leadership, from strategic planning to plan oversight and execution.  In the past few years, Megan has been expanding her responsibilities to include more time outside our offices and working directly with our customers. The feedback I’ve received has been extremely positive.  Thank you, GenNext for recognizing Megan for this award.  All of us at headquarters are very proud of her!“
