Realterm announced today the latest expansion of its transportation logistics real estate platform in El Paso, Texas with the acquisition of 150 Inglewood Drive, a 22-door, 15,047-square-foot IOS truck terminal and 4,036-square-foot maintenance shop. The property is fully leased to DC Logistics, a premier asset-based carrier and leader in providing creative solutions to meet their customer’s transportation and logistics needs.

“Our expansion into El Paso underscores our commitment to acquiring unique properties tailored to the demands of high flow through tenants," said Ed Brickley, Managing Director, Senior Fund Manager, Realterm. Advantageously positioned in El Paso, the property sits in a key cross-border market with convenient access to the Zaragoza Port of Entry, Highway 375, and Interstate 10. The facility includes additional acreage allowing for the expansion of existing facilities and future value-added opportunities for tenants.

“The truck terminal has both the location and physical characteristics that transportation and distribution-related users demand,” said Brennan Cascarano, Associate, Investments at Realterm. “We are focused on continuing to execute new investments for differentiated industrial outdoor storage/truck terminal assets in top markets across the country.”
