Ltd. are pleased to announce a business and capital partnership aimed at delivering integrated transport, crane, and installation services. The collaboration brings together Silvasti’s position as one of Northern Europe’s leading special-transport logistics providers with DENZAI’s heavy-lift crane capabilities and proven project-execution expertise, offering developers, EPC contractors, and manufacturers a seamless, single-source solution.
DENZAI and Silvasti will offer combined fleets, engineering, and project-management resources to pursue energy, offshore wind, heavy lifting and specialized transport opportunities across Europe, Japan and the APAC region.
As part of the partnership, DENZAI President & CEO Kohki Uemura will join the Board of Silvasti as Director.
