With over four years of experience at Southeastern, Potter started his career at Southeastern in the Knoxville, Tennessee, service center as a management trainee. Since then, he has served in a variety of roles in Knoxville, including inbound supervisor, outbound supervisor, pickup and delivery operations supervisor and most recently, assistant service manager.

“Blake has established a great reputation for leading his teams by inspiring belief, alignment and teamwork all while aligning with Southeastern’s culture of providing quality without question service,” said Rob Smith, regional vice president of operations for Southeastern Freight Lines. “We are confident his passion and love for serving others will continue to be reflected in how he leads at his new role at our Tri-Cities service center in Kingsport.”

Potter will relocate with his wife, who is expecting their first child in August, and looks forward to serving the Southeastern team in this new capacity.
