LEXINGTON, S.C. - Southeastern Freight Lines, the leading provider of regional less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation services, today announced Mark Coggin has been promoted to service center manager in Birmingham, Alabama.

With over five years of experience at Southeastern, Coggin started his career at the Birmingham, Alabama, service center as a freight handler. Since then, he has served in a variety of roles, including pickup and delivery driver, inbound and outbound supervisor, outbound operations manager, assistant service center manager and most recently, service center manager in Montgomery, Alabama.

“Over the past five years, Mark has proven to be a dedicated leader who truly embodies our commitment to adding value to everything we do,” said Rob Smith, regional vice president of operations for Southeastern Freight Lines. “We’re excited to see Mark leverage his prior experience as service center manager in Montgomery.”
