Matthew Mantione, Vice President of Membership at Transportation Intermediaries Association and Board Certified Association Executive (CAE) was awarded the prestigious Forty Under 40 Award from the Association Forum and USAE.
This Award honors the best and brightest up-and-coming association professionals. The criteria are individuals who have careers in non-profit or association work.
For the first time, nonprofit employment now equals manufacturing, roughly one in 10 jobs is in the nonprofit arena according to the Center for Civil Society Studies at Johns Hopkins University. Retail trade, accommodation, and food services are the only U.S. industries that employ more people than nonprofits.
The Forty Under 40 Award is an amazing achievement for those that have won in 2019. This accomplished group of young leaders were judged on professional accomplishments, community leadership, awards and milestones. Mantione was chosen out of a record number of applications. Mantione’s career has shown he is always willing to learn new techniques, and work with top innovators in the association space that help Associations move forward successfully.

Mantione will be recognized with the 2019 Forty Under 40 Class in Chicago, at the Association Forum Holiday Showcase on December 17 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.
