Effective December 1, 2018, TRAC Intermodal will implement a General Rate Increase (“GRI”) for TRAC Connect chassis.
TRAC will continue to invest in high quality equipment during 2019 throughout their nationwide pool network, following significant investments in 2018 of 16,000 premium chassis.
In addition,TRAC will continue their Maintenance and Repair Policy on chassis returned to a majority of their standard start/stop neutral pool locations with a revised allowance of up to $350 per off-hire. TRAC’s Road Service Policy will be adjusted for roadside repairs and associated fees related to User Damage which will become the direct responsibility of the Motor Carrier. TRAC will continue to cover all emergency roadside repairs and associated fees for Owner’s Items such as normal wear and tear.
