Effective October 15, 2019, TRAC Intermodal will implement a General Rate Increase ("GRI") for TRAC Connect chassis within the South Atlantic Consolidated Chassis Pool ("SACP") to cover equipment upgrades, increased operating costs and enhanced chassis availability. 

TRAC is making significant investments in chassis supply and quality in connection with the following:

Equipment upgrades: TRAC is equipping all of its chassis in the SACP with radial OEM tires, LED lights and ABS brakes, in compliance with the requirements, specifications and timeline of SACP 2.0.

Increased chassis availability: Additional asset contribution as required to support reduced pool stress triggers.
