UTLC ERA moves up and now ranks number two in top list of major “asset-free” transport and logistics companies in Russia, prepared by INFOline Logistic

Based on the results of 2018 the Joint stock company “United Transport and Logistics Company – Eurasian Rail Alliance” (UTLC ERA) has advanced to number two in the Top List of major transport and logistics companies working predominantly in the “asset-free” segment (asset-free or asset-light according to international classification), prepared by INFOline Logistic. In doing so UTLC ERA has moved up from fourth to second place in the list in the period of one year.
RZD Logistics (JSC) ranks number one for the second year in a row. DHL Russia, FM Logistics and Eltrans LLC are also among the TOP-5 companies. The research prepared by INFOLine specialists is based on a comparison of railway operators by operational (traffic volume) and financial (revenue) indicators.
UTLC ERA was incorporated on April 2, 2018 through the reorganization of UTLC JSC, which was established on November 13, 2014. UTLC ERA is a legal successor of UTLC JSC in terms of operational activities. The total revenue of UTLC JSC and UTLC ERA JSC in 2018 amounted to 22.8 billion rubles, taking into account the operations of UTLC JSC (prior to the reorganization) in the amount of 3.1 billion rubles. The total net profit amounted to 2.9 billion rubles, taking into account the production performance of UTLC JSC in 2018 (prior to the reorganization) in the amount of 72 million rubles.
