Naha International Container Terminal, Inc. (NICTI) recently serviced Mariana Express Lines Ltd.’s (MELL) Senoko during its maiden voyage to the Naha International Container Terminal (NICT) in Japan. MELL Senoko calls weekly at NICT, and joins Asian Island and Stadt Hamburg in their Hong Kong-Kaohsiung-Naha-Saipan-Guam-Koror-Yap-Davao-General Santos-Cebu routes. MELL Senoko is a vessel built recently at a shipyard in China. NICTI operates berths 9 and 10 of the Naha Port. Capt. Naoki Yamauchi, NICTI general manager, presented tokens to Capt. Holda Jacek Krzysztop, MELL Senoko vessel master, after the vessel docked at NICT. Also at the awarding was Ai Takara of NICTI. NICTI is a subsidiary of International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI), a leading developer of international ports and terminals with a global port network spanning 11 countries in four continents.  Headquartered in the Philippines, ICTSI is on its 20th year of operation, and continues to pursue container terminal opportunities around the world.
