Michael Keim has joined the Port of Tacoma as Senior Contracts Administrator, responsible for all contracts not related to construction. Prior to this appointment, Keim handled similar responsibilities as a Port project employee.

Before joining the Port, Keim's work history includes property administration, industrial security management and coordinating California OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards for his previous employer. He has also managed purchasing programs and negotiated contracts and lease agreements.

Keim holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Cerro Coso Community College (Ridgecrest, California, 1991).
