• IAG Cargo introduces a charging fee for paper air waybills (AWB) to encourage adoption of the electronic air waybill (eAWB)
• From 3rd April, customers will be charged £10 for using paper AWB when booking cargo shipments
• Nearly 50% of IAG Cargo customers have already switched to eAWB, with a target to reach 100% by the end of the 2023
