Russia's first ever sports cars were showcased at the 63rd International Motor Show (IAA) in Frankfurt after being delivered to Germany onboard one of AirBridgeCargo Airlines' (ABC) Boeing 747 scheduled cargo flights from Moscow's Sheremetyevo Airport.

Three brand new 'Marussia' motor cars were transported by ABC to the event that takes place in Frankfurt every two years. The Russian sports cars, manufactured in Moscow and expected to also compete in the FIA GT World Championship in 2010, joined leading motor industry brands including BMW, Lexus, Citroen, Peugeot and many others in showing off their latest models to the thousands of visitors attending the motor show.

AirBridgeCargo, which operates 11 flights a week linking Frankfurt and Moscow, regularly transport top-of-the-range motor vehicles.
