Averitt has been named a 2025 “Top Company for Women to Work in Transportation” and recognized as part of the program’s Elite 30 by Redefining the Road, the official magazine of the Women In Trucking (WIT) Association. This distinction highlights companies that demonstrate a strong commitment to employing and supporting women in the transportation industry.

Averitt’s nomination was evaluated and confirmed by an industry-wide vote involving more than 21,000 transportation professionals, including executive management, operations, safety, HR/talent management executives, and professional drivers.
