Located in the CenterPoint Intermodal Center- Joliet/Elwood, this building is leased to the world’s largest home improvement retailer and a global engineering, repair and logistics company.

The home improvement retailer signed a 15-year, 6-month lease for 250,309 SF of the facility. Features include 3,600 SF of office, 36’ clear heights, 28 dock doors, 64 car parking positions and 629 trailer stalls. CenterPoint will also construct new trailer parking – 591 stalls – for this tenant on an additional 29.74 acres.
