HONG KONG - Commencing on 15 July 2016, Hong Kong Airlines, an internationally-acclaimed full-service airline, will launch daily service between Hong Kong and Kansai Airport in Osaka, Japan. This new destination will further strengthen the airline’s network in Asia-Pacific, and provide travellers who love this modern and traditional all-in-one city with more travel options. Mr. Li Dianchun, Chief Commercial Officer of Hong Kong Airlines said, “We are delighted that Hong Kong Airlines is launching this Osaka Kansai service, offering even more choices to passengers travelling to Japan. As the second largest city of Japan, Osaka has long been one of the favorite destinations for Hong Kong people due to its proximity to popular sightseeing areas such as Kyoto, Nara, Kobe. Hong Kong Airlines will continue to grow our route network in Japan and Asia, and strengthening Hong Kong’s position as one of the world’s major aviation hubs.” Hong Kong Airlines is a full-service airline offering passengers the convenience of travelling with up to 20kg of checked baggage and meals on free-of-charge basis.
