WFS has been proactively adopting the ISAGO standard at major stations across its global network, including Bangkok, Seattle and Paris Orly.

WFS will continue to work towards ISAGO certification across its global network.
ISAGO is a standardised and structured audit program of Ground Service Providers (GSP) modeled on the success of IOSA (IATA Operational Safety Audit) and uses internationally recognised ground operational standards and recommended practices. Audits are conducted by highly trained and experienced auditors. ISAGO also provides GSPs with a model for operational risk and safety management in their organisations and for the first time there is a system for registration and sharing of audit results. ISAGO offers benefits to airlines, ground handlers, regulatory as well as airport authorities. Among them, safer ground operations, fewer accidents and injuries, elimination of redundant audits, reduced costs, less damage, a uniform audit process and harmonised standards, improved safety oversight, harmonised auditor training and qualifications, improved quality standards, and enhanced understanding of high-risk areas within ground operations.
