Russia’s Pacific port of Kozmino plans to export 22-23 million tonnes (440-460,000 barrels per day) of crude oil in 2014, up from 21.3 million tonnes last year, the port operator said in a statement on Thursday. The figure given by Spetsmornefteport Kozmino was in line with earlier guidance by pipeline monopoly Transneft but below earlier government projections that exports would be ramped up to 600,000 bpd this year. Of the total, 95 percent will be supplied via the Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean oil pipeline. The remainder will be transported by rail.
