Lakeland, Fla. - Saddle Creek Logistics Services announced today that the company has selected cloud-based customer engagement software solutions on a single platform from Enspire Commerce to enhance its omnichannel supply chain capabilities. Enspire’s software suite includes an order management system (OMS) with enterprise inventory visibility, product information management (PIM) solution and trading partner management/EDI solution. By leveraging the Enspire solution, Saddle Creek distribution centers (DCs) will be able to better facilitate seamless interactions with retailers and their suppliers, stores and customers. The new OMS will allow Saddle Creek customers to improve their view of inventory across their enterprise, optimally route orders within the 3PL’s nationwide DC network, seamlessly manage returns, and better enable omnichannel fulfillment – including ship from store/pick up from store, and ship from vendor. “Technology is at the core of our omnichannel supply chain solutions.
