Beginning October 31, 2017, SeaLand will offer a weekly, direct service between South Florida, Honduras and Guatemala, in addition to inland transfers from / toNicaragua and El Salvador.
The service will allow more connections across the extensive SeaLand network while enhancing our South Florida and Central America accessibility for customers. SeaLand has optimized the existing South Atlantic Express (SAE) to permit a weekly service that departs over the weekend on the Southbound & Northbound legs while reducing transit days and providing mid-week cargo availability.
The new port call on the SAE service will provide access to these highly desirable import and export markets.
