South Bend, IN – Total Quality Logistics announced its latest sales office today in South Bend, Indiana. The office at 3575 Moreau Court, Suite 130, South Bend, Ind. 46628 is scheduled to open for business March 7, 2016. This is the Cincinnati-based company’s third location in the Hoosier state, joining an Indianapolis office that has been in place since April of 2011 and the Evansville location that opened Jan. 25 this year. “By choosing the Crossroads of America for its latest office, TQL’s clients are gaining the logistical advantage that comes with doing business in Indiana,” said Victor Smith, Indiana Secretary of Commerce. “Indiana is helping logistics companies maximize their efficiency with our central location and 14 interstate highways that connect manufacturers to customers across the nation. TQL’s plans to create 300 new Hoosier jobs at offices across the state shows that when it comes to logistics, Indiana is the national leader.”  South Bend will be TQL’s 44th office nationwide; the company operates in 20 states across the country. The South Bend office will open with a founding team of five current employees and plans bring on at least four people in its first hiring class prior to opening. TQL plans to bring 50 to 75 new jobs to the city over the next three years. TQL connects customers needing to move truckload freight with quality carriers who have the capacity to move it. “We’re happy to open in northern Indiana and bring an office to South Bend,” said TQL President Kerry Byrne. “Our satellite offices help us grow market share and maintain our leadership position in the third-party logistics business. South Bend is attractive to us for a number of reasons, including the quality and depth of professional talent in the area.” TQL South Bend is hiring now; interested applicants may visit www.tqljobs.com for more information.
