Trinity Logistics, a leading third-party logistics provider (3PL) is proud to share its recognition as a 2026 Top Company for Women to Work for in Trucking by the Women in Trucking Association (WIT). This marks Trinity’s eighth consecutive year earning a place among the organizations recognized for supporting women across the transportation industry.
Presented by the Women in Trucking Association, the annual recognition celebrates companies that are committed to creating workplaces in transportation where women can build meaningful, lasting careers.

Following the nomination process, the 2026 honorees were selected through a public industry-wide vote.
For Trinity, 8 consecutive years of recognition reinforces that its People-Centric culture is more than just a promise. It’s something the company works to put into practice every day. That means creating a workplace where Team Members feel supported, have flexibility, and are encouraged to learn, lead, try new things, and grow throughout their careers.
“What makes our culture special is the way Team Members support one another, celebrate each other’s successes, and create opportunities for people to grow,” said Dana Blaney, Team Services Specialist. “I’m especially proud of the incredible women I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside at Trinity and to see them continue to step up, lead, and make their mark in the industry.”
Trinity Team Members have access to career advancement and leadership training, mentorship programs, tuition reimbursement, continuing education, parental leave, paid time off, wellness resources, and more.
Just as importantly, Team Members are encouraged to think about where they want their careers to go next. Whether that means growing into leadership, building new skills, continuing their education, or even taking their career in a different direction with Trinity, there’s room to explore that.
"This recognition is something we’re incredibly proud of because it reflects the experience we work hard to create for our Team Members every day,” said Carlie Crouch, Senior Director of People Operations. “We want people to feel supported, valued, and encouraged to discover what they’re capable of and where their careers can take them. There are so many talented women across Trinity building incredible careers, taking on new challenges, and leading the way, and we’re excited to see what they do next.”
Trinity is proud to celebrate this recognition alongside the other 2026 honorees and, most importantly, the women throughout Team Trinity whose leadership, ideas, and contributions continue to move the company and the industry forward.
